Forget Me Not Family Society ~ Adoption Circles ~

General Information

Forget Me Not Family Society is a provincially registered, non-profit society and a federally registered charity. Tax Receipts are issued for donations to our Society Our Society was formed for education, consultation, peer counseling and to offer support to all those touched by adoption. Our only source of income is through membership fees, fundraising and donations. These funds go directly towards printing, postage, telephone, office equipment and supplies.

Memberships

Individual memberships are $25.00 per year. Corporate membership is $60.00 per year. Membership includes a subsciption to our quarterly newsletter, Adoption Circles, as well as a reduction in workshop fees that the Society puts on from time to time. Adoption Circles - Newsletter

Quarterly publication which covers many of the issues faced by adoptees, biological family and adoptive families. Each publication is available without Membership at a cost of $3.50 per issue. Newsletter is included with your membership fees. Contact us if you would like the Newletter sent to you and thank you once again for your support.
