To become a paid member of the Forget Me Not Family Society ~ Adoption Circles, not only will you receive our quarterly newsletter, you will also qualify for reduced rates to our workshops as well as being able to attend our AGM. The cost for an Individual Membership is $30.00, Couples Membership $50 and Corporate Membership is $65.00. These are all annual rates, and receipts will be issued on request. Just click on the link provided and print out the application with the instructions included. Please keep your membership up to date. Not sure what your membership status is?
