The FMNFS holds three support groups a month, for adoptees birth/natural mothers, adoptive parents and those in a supportive role.

The Adoptee's Association holds a discussion group for adopted adults the third Tuesday of each month starting at 7 pm at the Rhizome Cafe, 317 East Broadway (near Main Street).
